At NuDose, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience an issue, we want to make it right.

Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@nudosedaily.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging (if possible)

Our team will review your submission and may request additional information to verify the defect.
Once a manufacturing defect has been confirmed, we will provide a full replacement of the product at no additional cost to you.

Limitations

• This policy applies only to products purchased directly from NuDose or authorized NuDose retailers.
• This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
• Refunds are not offered for reasons other than verified manufacturing defects.
