Order Processing

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) will ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
Typical delivery time is 2–3 business days from the shipping date.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.
Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, NuDose ships to addresses within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes in certain regions, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
We carry the right to refuse to ship to certain states depending on applicable hemp laws.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at info@nudosedaily.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
